The Villa sits on 4.541 acres with an additional 1.5 acres of permanent open space at the entry to the winding driveway.

Villa Toscana is allergen free. No shoes are to be worn indoors and hairspray, chemicals, or perfumes are not permitted to be used inside the home (each bedroom has access to the outdoors and perfumes, hairsprays can be used outdoors). A property manager is on site at all times and can assist you with anything you may require during your stay.

The East Wing is entertainment and dining. The West Wing is the private wing with bedrooms, library and offices. The wings are connected via two double-barrell vaulted galleries. The main level features the kitchen, hearth room, living room, dining room, library/office, and master suite.
