Private community boat ramp just down the street, dock space and possible skiff (for added fee) will keep you on the water for great fishing, sunsets, water sports, and exploring the area. Catch fish, and crab right off the dock, in the waterways, or on the Gulf. Fine and casual dining nearby as well as all the amenities of a great beach town. 1 King, 2 singles, and 2 bunk beds will sleep 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms, plus a full bed and futon in the extra space downstairs.

Arrangements:

Bedding: 1 King, 2 singles, and 2 bunk beds will sleep 8 comfortably in 3 bedrooms, as well as a full bed and futon in the extra space downstairs. Just to confirm, upstairs is one king in the master, 2 single beds (for our girls) in pictures, and 2 bunk bed lofts(only top bunk, no bottom), so the kids will have to sleep in there. Just want to be clear about the loft beds, as kids love them, but not great for adults.
