The summerhouse is located on the car-free island of Veierland, an exclusive island and hidden gem in the Oslofjord, facing Roald Dahl's childhood island of Tjomoe. There is a 19 foot boat with 25 horsepower included that you can use to and from the mainland. There is also a big ferry which departs every hour from the mainland. The ferry departs from Tenvik close to Tonsberg and from Engo close to Sandefjord. You get off at Vestgarden and have to walk 20 minutes to get to the summerhouse. Or take our private boat that takes you straight to the jetty and summerhouse. PLEASE NOTE: There is no running water inside this summerhouse, only outside by the terrace/ outdoor kitchen.
