AMAZING LAKE HOUSE IN GUATAPE COLOMBIA. A wonderful and comfortable house with indescribable views from every room of the Penol rock, an immense monolith (1,263 feet tall), the green and majestic mountains of the Andes and the immensity of the dam. The house has 4 suites with king beds and private bathrooms, each one has an additional single bed available, if required. There are also 2 additional bedrooms, one with 2 semi-double beds and one with queen bunk bed, each with a private bathroom. The house also has a large living room, fireplace and an a luxury kitchen. The wet area has all amenities, Jacuzzi and heated pool, plus a BBQ with wood oven, smoker and grill, to spend an incredible day of sunshine. The property has about 700 square meters within a 7,500 meter lot of gardens, native trees and fruit trees, a vegetable garden where you can enjoy organic vegetables grown by the butler, plus a small farm of 20 laying hens in case you feel like choosing your own eggs at breakfast. The house keepers live on site and will make your stay a 5 star experience. They are always willing to cook or run errands for you and will keep the house sparkling clean. In the area where the farm is, you can also enjoy many activities such as walking or running in nature, practicing many kinds of water sports, wake board, water skiing, sailing lessons or simply rent the owner's pontoon for a quiet and comfortable trip and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Also nearby is the village of Guatape, one of the most charming and colorful villages in Colombia, known for its cobbled streets and facades with beautiful colorful skirting boards that are works of art. This property is also only 45 minutes from the international airport, Jose Maria Cordoba, and is only one hour and thirty minutes from the city of Medellin, the city of eternal Spring, every day more desired by tourists from around the world.
