The villa is equipped with a 6-fire gas hob (SMEG) and a wide oven, two-door fridge & freezer, barbecue and paella kit, dishwasher, Wi-Fi internet, and outdoor pool. In addition to the many activities to discover the natural beauty of its immediate surroundings, La Escribana is perfectly located to make day trips to place like Sevilla and Cordoba. What makes La Escribana really unique is its large and green garden. The house is several centuries old and was renovated fully in 2015. It has a living room with a fireplace with beautiful views at the garden and the pool. The large kitchen has been designed to make cooking a social event. You can, of course, also cook outside using the barbecue or the paella set. There is a double bedroom downstairs and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. For groups of more than 8 persons, there are 4 additional suites in the building right next to the house. Each has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The suites were built more recently but completely in the traditional local style, with chestnut beams and a classic tile floor. The property is self-catering but a cook is available for a fee.
