The chic rooftop has a large fire pit, a state of the art bar with barbecue, and an inviting outside living area where you can watch the sun go down over the sparkling water. Guests can enjoy the cozy rooftop space long after the warm California sun has set thanks to several heaters. Each floor of this dazzling home offers peaceful spaces to take in the majestic view, many having floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors that bring the beauty of the outdoors into the home. The sand is literally the back yard and the bay is just steps away! Relax on high end outdoor furniture while sunbathing or enjoying meals outside. Soak in the spacious hot tub on the downstairs patio, a perfect way to relax with the view of the ocean. A second bbq grill is available on the bayfront terrace. There are paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes provided, giving an incredible experience exploring the bay via water or land. Another great advantage is the privacy of the bedroom quarters. It is as if there are 5 different houses to enjoy all in one! The Master Bedroom has 1 king bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a queen bed each with in suite bathroom . Bedroom 4  1 full sized bunk bed and a queen bed. The playroom is just an amazing space to keep the kids happy! Every bedroom has its own full in suite bathroom.
There is parking for 3 vehicles at the property, which is a great perk in the populated San Diego area. Nearby attractions include Belmont Park ( 15 min bike), Pacific Beach boardwalk (10 min walk), Mission Bay Aquatic Center (10 min walk), Fashion Valley Mall (10 min away drive), Sea World (10 min drive), World Famous San Diego Zoo (15 min drive), and LEGOLAND (45 min drive). Disneyland is just an hour drive! You can can do it in one day back & forth! And all the beautiful beaches right in front!
A personal chef, chauffeur, masseuse and private meditation, fitness or yoga classes on the rooftop or beach can be arranged for an additional fee. Cleaning can be arrange for an additional fee.No parties are permitted on the property and guests are asked to keep music and noise to a minimum after 9pm. No noise policy is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets, smoking or drug use permitted in the home. No elevator is permitted while guests are in our home. Please be very mindful that this house has many stairs. No guests or parties allowed. Only the group of people allowed during the trade or rental.
