For sightseeing, Mount Etna, the Alcantara Gorge, the Aeolian islands including Stromboli, the villa provides an excellent and comfortable base in a rural and quiet location. The villa is located at 500 m above sea level, and is accessed in 30 min. from the seaside town Giardini Naxos. IMPORTANT: In general it require good driving experience to negotiate the roads in Sicily, especially the one to the villa, which is very steep, narrow and in poor condition.
