The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two single beds. There is a washer, dryer and baseboard heating. The adjoining apartment is comprised of a great room with kitchen, dining, comfortable seating, and a king size bed. The bedroom has one single bed. The apartment has a private entry, as well as an entry into the main house foyer which can be locked off for privacy. Villa Delphine has televisions with French channels, Wi-Fi internet access, a BBQ grill and ample parking is available a safe 2 minute walk from the front door. Linens and towels are provided. Neffies village center is 1 block away and has a Boulangerie, Epicerie and pizzeria. There is a market every Thursday from 8 am to Noon. There are three exquisite restaurants in Neffies, each very nearby. There are many other restaurants in Pezenas (11km) and a few in Roujan (7km). You will find banks and petrol in Roujan as well as a tourism office and a SuperU grocery store. It is so convenient being just 1 block from the town center and is in an ideal location to explore the regions beautiful Mediterranean beaches (20 km), many small villages that dot the landscape, as well as towns and cities (Roujan 5km, Pezenas 11km, Beziers 18km, Narbonne 58km). Umbrella, mats and beach towels are available on request. For breathtaking views, drive through the Parc de Haute Languedoc to the historic Cathedral town of Cleremont Hereault (20k). Neffies borders the Parc, which also offers excellent hiking. Nearby Lac de Salagou (28k) is a Languedoc jewel. The border of Spain is only 90 km away. Montpellier is less than hour drive with frequent flights to Paris and London. Read less
