Located on a quiet cul de sac, the recently remodeled home and its new carriage house are a very short, very easy walk to a long, gorgeous, white sand beach on the emerald coast. There are 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in the main house, plus you will love the wonderful Gulf view porch perched atop the house - dreamy at sunset with a favorite beverage in hand! The carriage house offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. During the off season the carriage house can be rented or traded separately. The 4 story house features lots of living space with many areas for your group to gather or get away for some "quiet time." The 1st floor offers a bedroom with 2 Queen size beds and a bedroom with a King size bed. There is a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub for these 2 bedrooms to share. There is also a King size bedroom with private bath. The 2nd floor offers a spacious open area living room with sleeper sofa, sitting area, dining table that seats 10 and a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar which seats 3. A second story side grilling deck is located just off the kitchen and has a built-in gas grill which overlooks the pool area. The second story grilling deck has access to the 1st floor outside shower and to the pool deck. There is a washer and dryer to rinse off bathing suites for another day of swimming and building sand castles. In addition, a half bath for convenience is located on the 2nd floor. Off of the main area is the Master Suite which offers a King size bed, private sitting area, and the master bathroom. The Master Suite also has a private balcony and full size sleeper sofa. The 3rd floor offers 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kids can enjoy a bedroom with 2 sets of twin size bunk beds. Just across the hall is a Queen bedroom. The carriage house offers 2 stories of modern decor and luxurious amenities. The 1st floor offers a full kitchen with granite counter tops and state of the art appliances. The living area includes a sleeper sofa and dining table which seats 4, with additional seating at the bar for another 4. The first floor also offers a full bath. The guest house has a private entrance and offers direct access to the private pool. The second floor offers 2 bedrooms which share a large bathroom. One bedroom offers a Queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom offers a King size bed. A washer and dryer are located in the hall. The pool area is completely secluded so you can soak in the sun on the deck which is right out the back door. After a long day at the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy some relaxation in the Jacuzzi. The pool can be heated for a fee. Located in Seagrove you are just a walk to shops and dining. Very close to the town of "Seaside" and Watercolor, you can take a bike ride, enjoy cafes, restaurants, great shopping, outdoor concerts, theatre, and of course a Blue Wave rated beach within a short stroll!
