The MauiJOY Villa is a single level home with two king sized beds in large bedrooms, a master bath with jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower, (no stairs to climb) and an additional bathroom with shower/tub.

We just added an additional Shower! Live with nature in our huge outdoor shower near the banana trees. 

There are beautiful ocean views from the living area and dining/kitchen area. Located above Wailea in Maui Meadows.

Lush tropical landscaping affords property privacy and allows for "clothing optional."

The lower garden, also with ocean views, is a perfect meditation or yoga spot, with a Pavillion for massages/ping-pong table and family gatherings.

There is a variety of organic fruit trees: Banana, Mango, Papaya, Guava, Strawberry Guava, Tangerines, Oranges and Passion fruit vines for your morning smoothies. There are deer roaming on the adjacent property, and you may see them. Many love birds visit our feeder along with two species of Cardinals, finch and sparrows, to name a few. If you enjoy bird watching, this is a good spot for that too. In fact, Uuku & Pua hand raised love birds who fly freely in our gardens may even stop to say 'aloha'.

Whale watching from the lanai from December thru April...(we have binoculars however you may want to bring your own).
