(Fees apply for pool heating.) Let the kids swim while you cook dinner on the gas grill. Events, such as weddings, are allowed in the home for an additional charge. The pool can be accessed from this floor's hallway. Second Floor: Beautiful travertine floors upstairs. The huge kitchen/living/dining room has plenty of room to gather and enjoy the gulf views. Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large 10 foot dining room table seating 12, plus a large bar with 4 barstools. There is also a game table that seats 4 additional guests at mealtime. The living room has 2 sofas, 2 plush side chairs, coffee table, 52' plasma TV, DVD and stereo system with MP3 connection. French doors lead out to the covered porch loaded up with multiple rockers, cocktail table and 4 tall chairs. Spectacular gulf views and breezes. Kitchen has high end stainless Kitchenaide appliances including frig with door ice / water dispenser, 5-burner gas stovetop, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
