CASA Del SOUL is 4 bedroom, 4 and a half bath home that sleeps 10 people. It has a huge pool and deck surround by jungle with monkeys and birds. It has the best view in central America. Rated #1 in Specialty Lodging by Trip Advisor since 2008. All bedrooms have a Queen Bed. The bedrooms have A/C, en-suite bathrooms, hot water, cable TV, DVD, cell phone, hi-speed WiFi, laptop and always in great condition. The Studio Apartment has a Queen Bed and a Single Bed, A/C plus ceiling fans and 2 stand up Fans. It also has a big, private deck with 2 couches and a bar. The outdoor living room area is by the pool and has hammocks and rocking chairs with couches and plenty of shade and seating for everyone. 4 custom tables w/chairs overlook the ocean and jungle from the deck. A great place to eat and drink or just check out the local wildlife with binoculars and a spotting scope. It is very quiet and peaceful here with no noise from town. There is a bar with a big BBQ grill as well as a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you can imagine. Also a private chef is available on nights you don't want to cook. Our gal can cook you FAMILY STYLE breakfast every morning (7:30-10:30am),and lunch too...You supply the food and give her a good tip. The house is always in great condition because the owner lives on-site year round on the 3rd floor in the Owner's Penthouse & he can help you do everything you want to do in Nicaragua. This is the place for you to have the best Adventure in Paradise. It is private, secluded yet only 7 minutes from San Juan Del Sur. THIS IS ALSO A GREAT LOCATION FOR WORK . I have had a lot of guests who use this for work because my HI SPEED INTERNET connection is really fast. SKYPE,MAGIC JACK PHONES,NETFLIX all work excellent here. Read less
