STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, NO PETS, AND NO CHILDREN UNDER 18. Our beach house is 40 yards from one of the widest beaches on the East Coast. We provide plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, a cart and recreational gear. We have 2 grills, plus a fully equipped kitchen for both indoor & outdoor dining. Our dining room is a screened porch with the best sunset view in all of Rehoboth Beach. The home is an easy 1 mile walk to downtown Rehoboth Beach, with all of its fabulous restaurants, shops, live music and theater. If you walk 1 mile south you will hit the Dewey Beach scene with tons of water sports, restaurants, bars, and live music. If you drive south for 15 min you can be in Bethany Beach and 15 min north is the charming fishing village of Lewes & the Cape May ferry. Many restaurants are within 1 mile of the property: Lupo di Mare, Blue Moon, Café Azafran, Pig + Fish, Eden, Jamm, Zebra, Summer House, Dogfish Brewpub, Cultured Pearl, Hobo's and Woody's in Dewey for amazing crab cakes. There are over 100 additional restaurants within 5-10 miles of our house including Touch of Italy & Nage. Read less
