This charming 1903 Custom Craftsman Bungalow style home was completely remodeled in 2000 and was upgraded in 2019 to boast modern amenities. It is a quiet seaside home. A 0.2 mile walk to our Private Beach is a stunning location both during the day, but also has some of the most beautiful sunsets in all of Massachusetts! The beach is a bay side beach; wonderful for young children. The main house boasts 2 Master Suites, each with King beds. The upstairs Master Suite has a Juliet balcony overlooking West Falmouth Harbor. The downstairs Master Suite has private access to the back deck. There is a front porch with Settee Set and a Porch Swing. The Back deck has Weber Grill and a dining table that seats 10. The Cottage out back boasts a huge family room with 70" TV, has a 2 person Bistro table, kitchenette and full bathroom. The Cottage has a king size built in bed, 2 bunk beds, and a Queen size Murphy Bed in a separate room. Outside, the cottage has a full deck, grill, table and chairs to enjoy a bbq. There is a 2 car garage attached to the cottage where you can find all the necessary beach gear and garden games to enjoy your time here!
