We have just made this charming family beach home with brand new pool available to share with guests. Our Cottage by the Sea is located in the most desirable beach neighborhood of Sea Beach Colony in the heart of Rincon, Puerto Rico. You will love the Key West verve with a bohemian flair of the artist owners. It has an outdoor kitchen, living room and dining area, tropical gardens and in ground pool and is only 5 houses from the beach. Enjoy beautiful ocean views, tropical breezes and the best swimming beach with a sandy bottom in Rincon. This Coastal Cottage has been enjoyed by our family for years. It is a special place for a discerning and special guest. Experience the coastal living life, boho beach elegance throughout with lovely furnishings, well equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs, all in a special Caribbean style you will love. WIFI throughout the House works great. This is a great home to work remotely from. Many couples choose to stay here on their own. The main house has a living room, dining room, kitchen and library, half bath on the main floor. This area is always cooled by tropical breezes and 5 Ceiling fans. There is no AC on the bottom floor. The Second floor features an amazing veranda with beautiful ocean views, hammock and seating area. All rooms feature an ocean view on the second floor. Master Bedroom with queen bed, A/C, Fan, the second bedroom with a built in single bed sleeps 1 with A/C and Fan. There is a family room with A/C large Smart TV, a full bath, and office space. There is an outdoor Casita separate from the main house for up to 2 guests in your group, with a double bed (full size) sleeps 1-2 and full bath A/C and ceiling fan. It is tiny but sweet. The outdoor living spaces are wonderful, with a covered outdoor living room with sofa and chairs, and an outdoor dining room. Full outdoor gourmet kitchen for the chef in the family with barbecue, extra burner, refrigerator, and sink. We have a full laundry room for your use. Enjoy our outdoor claw foot bath with running hot water! Located on a quaint street in a quite, friendly beach community, just steps to one of the best, calm swimming beaches in Rincon, and all of Puerto Rico. Walk to beach bars and restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, as well as the downtown plaza for a variety of dining, bars and shopping, art galleries, art walk, and farmers market. Enjoy all our beach toys, and a single SUP. We have stocked everything you need for the beach including beach chairs, cooler and umbrella with beach wagon. This is a great house to rent for a month or more if you are working remotely. NOTE: This is an adult and older children only home. One of the most desirable areas to stay in here in Rincon. Location matters! Walk down the beach to Rincon of the Sea's Hotel where there is a great beach, or Villa Cofresi a favorite restaurant and beach bar in all of Rincon. You can easily walk downtown in minutes to enjoy the restaurants, shops, art walk, and farmers market. The Grocery store, bakery is at the end of the road, across the street. Great food trucks, fruit stands and close to beach bars. The best is our beach, calm swimming beach, sandy bottom. We highly recommend you rent a car for the best experience in Rincon. We have enclosed parking for one car. Other things to note: Our gardener may stop by to tend to the grounds. We also have Pool Service Weekly, property is shared with a few neighborhood cats we feed! We have several furry friends, neighborhood cats who like to visit. We keep a feeder for the cats which our staff takes care of. No animals are ever permitted in the home.
