Villa Mandalina is a large 4 bedroom villa with the most amazing views of Kalkan and its beautiful bay. It is located on a peaceful hillside with mountain backdrop. There are a handful of bars and shops within 200m. Kalkan is a beautiful and fascinating Mediterranean town which offers a good selection of small shops, seafront resturants and bars. There are traditional homes in the cobbled back streets, with trailing flowers adorning the wooden balconies. Patara beach is 20 minutes and offers 18 km of pure white sand and is home to the logger head turtle. An enjoyable stroll along the harbourside can be taken in the evening, where the restaurants offer excellent dining. Kalkan is a truly unspoilt place, which has much to offer as a holiday destination. The villa is large and spacious with air-conditioning, which converts to heating in Winter. On the top floor there is a double bedroom (with a/c) and a twin (with fan), both with sea views. A bathroom with bath and shower. A large rooftop terrace has wonderful views of Kalkan Bay, the surrounding countryside and the famous Patara Beach. You can enjoy evening drinks here, in comfort, whilst watching the spectacular sunsets. The middle floor has 2 good size rooms. A master bedroom with queen sized bed and a twin bedded room. Both have balconies with sea views and air-conditioning. There is a large family bathroom with bath and shower. A large open landing area overlooks the lounge and has wonderful views of the bay. The marble staircase leads you into the open plan lounge and dining area where the sliding patio doors lead to the poolside. We have satillite TV with a DVD player and also a CD/Radio. The kitchen has a washing machine, larder fridge freezer, dishwasher and cooker, for your convenience. A shower room and wc are also located on the ground floor level. Outside there is a large garden area with terraced flower beds and a good sized private pool which overlooks the wonderful bay. There is also a wonderful Turkish style Gazebo. A small BBQ is located in this corner of the garden. A large marble dining table is also situated on the patio area for your enjoyment.
