MAJA Sunset Villa sits on a ½ acre plot which is 200 yards from the 4-5 Star resort of Windjammer Landing. The 3 bedroom villa has two floors and approximately 3000 sq.ft. The master bedroom suite occupys the entire top floor. There are two en-suite bedrooms plus a living room, kitchen, dining, and cloak room on the ground floor. The Villa has full air conditioning throughout. The main entrance is via an electric gate into a gravel drive with a car-port. There is a 28 ft. infinity pool, which is an integral part of the living room. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and patios with the master bedroom enjoying views of the Caribbean Sea. A local beach is only 4-5 minutes walk from the villa. The furniture is primarily of the Tommy Bahama style and the villa has flat screen cable TVs in each room with wireless internet throughout. Airport Transfers and "meet & greet" services can be arranged as well as rental cars. At the Windjammer Landing Resort, “Jammers” beach bar/restaurant has entertainment every night starting 8:30-9pm.
