At this property, the early birds can head out the door, hit the slopes for a lap, and be back at the condo every 15 minutes or so. The ski lift is so close to the property, you might ski home just to have a cup of cocoa, or to alter your clothing as the weather changes. There's no chance anyone gets lost either. In this gated community, kids can get home easily and safely without supervision, but it's so convenient, you'll probably beat them home anyway! The heated pool and 3 hot tubs are literally right out your door, only about 20 yards. Don't worry though, with the high quality construction , you're unlikely to be anything but pleased with your privacy and proximity to these fabulous facilities! With Underground secure parking, the location is hard to beat! This townhome comes with two reserved parking spots in the garage. These spots are next to the door, making your vacation in Beaver Creek even easier. All four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk over it and a twin trundle under it.There are 6 TVs, one in every bedroom.The kitchen is fully stocked with all staples. Please replace anything you use up including the open bar.
