A fully equipped four bedroom, four bathroom home including two master suites, with all the comforts and amenities of a modern beach villa. The property is completely private and offers unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. Rise before the sun each day to the echoing sounds of howler monkeys in the distance. Slide open the floor to ceiling glass windows and step out to the expansive cliff side decks that surround the villas. Find yourself embedded within the canopy, being greeted by a variety of exotic birds, monkeys, and sloths. The master room is the most spacious room in the villa and features an incredibly comfy king size bed and sliding glass doors from floor to ceiling with its own access to the infinity swimming pool. The bathroom is tastefully decorated and has a tub and separate shower space complete with two shower heads and also two over sized sinks and plenty of nice towels. The room also has a deck overlooking the gardens, great for reading a book or lounging outside. We can also switch out the king bed and place two or three single twin size beds to accommodate retreats or larger groups. The first guest room has a queen size bed and large closet space, along with floor to ceiling glass doors that lead to their own private deck overlooking the gardens. The bathroom for this room is shared with guest room 2, and has a shower space with two shower heads and also two sinks, the bathroom is located in the middle of both these rooms. We can switch out the queen bed for two twin size beds to accommodate retreats or larger groups. The second guest room, located in between the master room and the first guest room is equipped with a queen size bed, large closet and also a very comfortable desk for those needing a home office space. This room also has its own private deck just outside the glass doors. The deck is fully furnished and is a very comfortable area to hang out. The bathroom for this room is shared with guest room 1, and has a shower space with two shower heads and also two sinks, the bathroom is located in the middle of both these rooms. We can switch out the queen bed for two single twin size beds to accommodate retreats or larger groups. Considered to be our second master bedroom, it has the best views of the Gulf. The queen size bed sits directly in front of the sliding glass doors to your own private deck overlooking the ocean, you can actually see the ocean while laying on your bed. This unit is separate from the main house, just across from the pool, perched higher than the house which allows for more privacy to guests staying in this room. The bathroom in this unit is amazing, the shower space sits right on the edge of the bluff giving you a spectacular views of the ocean and jungle beneath. There is a small living room inside this bedroom with a comfortable couch, which we can replace with one or two twin size beds. Also important to note that this room has its very own wifi network. After a few days immersed in this paradise, you will come to recognize the uniquely varying sounds of macaws and toucans, spider and howler monkeys, and other jungle creatures.
