The main house and guest house sit on a ridge top of magical quartzite overlooking the Berkshire Mountains. To the east are views of the Williams River Valley and Monument Mountain. Southward are views of both Catamount and Butternut Ski Resorts. To the west is a view of the Long Pond reservoir. The property boasts a large modern barn with a kitchen, full bathroom and sleeping loft that is perfect for milestone events, meetings, recreation, yoga and fitness. Still mostly undiscovered, this jaw dropping estate sits on 120 acres of biodiversity, from expansive lawns, to dense forests, to rugged cliffs, to natural springs, and a network of meandering trails leading down to the beautiful Williams River. Wake up to an abundance of wildlife out your window where you will see foxes, deer, turkeys, and owls. Whether you are in our wonderful Berkshires for a wedding, family reunion, a business retreat or a yoga workshop, for a weekend, an extended stay, for our hiking, biking, boating, skiing, lakes or the mountains, at 250 Long Pond we will meet you where you are. Here at 250 Long Pond we will fulfill your desires and provide you a nourishing and unforgettable experience immersed in extraordinary natural beauty. The Main House has 9 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, and is furnished with beds to sleep up to 20 adults. There is one large private Master bedroom suite with a luxurious bath, two beautiful suites with first class private baths, and two separate two bedroom suites, each with a shared bathroom, a private guest room and a sitting room off the master that is generally furnished with 2 queens. There are a total of 2 king beds and 8 queen beds in the Main House, as well as 2 double sleeper sofas. Up to 24 guests are permitted in the Main House. The Guest House is yet another jaw-dropping architectural gem, with a living room and kitchen upstairs, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a bathroom downstairs and a magnificent roof deck overlooking the entire property and lakes in the surrounding areas. Up to 8 guests are permitted in the Guest House. The Modern Barn, built in 2016, consists of a large open space and a fully equipped loft living space. There is a full kitchen, living and sitting area, full bathroom with 2 showers, washer and dryer, and a sleeping loft with 2 queen beds. Additional beds can be added as required for a total of 10 overnight guests permitted. This unique and luxuriously appointed property includes a sparking pool and hot tub, wood burning fireplaces indoors and out, wifi internet access, yoga workout studio with panoramic views of nature, multiple seating and living areas, and a billiards room. There are 3 separate dwellings on the property. You do not have to book all three. They can be booked separately. Only the Main House guests have access to the pool and hot tub. The guest house and barn do not, but of course if you book the Main House and your guests are also staying in the Guest House and Barn, they are welcome to use the pool and hot tub with your permission. There is an $800 exit cleaning fee for the Main House, $175 cleaning fee for the Guest House and $175 cleaning fee for the Barn. Read less
