It is a great place to spend family time during hot summer months as well as a lovely base to explore Cote de Azur. The Main house has master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two guest bedrooms, one with double beds and one with a sofa bed. The kids bedroom has two single beds. An additional bedroom is currently being used as an office space but a double bed can be added to that space upon request. There is a detached pool house with a bedroom (double bed), bathroom, sauna and a terrace. The home is fully air conditioned and has wifi internet access. No smoking, No pets. Kids welcome. Mougins is a well known town in the south of France, famous for its gourmet restaurants and many art galleries. This villa has direct access to the nearby wild park which has a lotus lake inhabited by ducks and birds which is fun activity for children. Old Town Mougins is 15 minutes away. The local bakery and pharmacy, as well as the main shopping area and supermarkets, are just 5 to 10 minutes away. The highway is 5 minutes away and it can take you to all main towns: Grasse 10 min, Cannes 15 min, Nice 25 min, Monaco 40 min, Italy 50 min, St. Tropez 1.5 hours. 10 night minimum stay.
